There was a well-equipped and tastefully decorated room with great facilities. The food was fab and we loved the variety.

The location was great, with easy access to the beautiful Karmelitermarkt and convenient transportation options. The check-in process was smooth, even without a physical reception, and the staff was responsive and helpful when I reached out to them. The room was clean and well-maintained, with a small kitchenette and tables that were perfect for enjoying meals with my travel companions. The hotel concept itself was impressive, and I would definitely choose to stay here again without hesitation.

The atmosphere of the hotel is quiet! The rooms are well decorated and neat with a work desk, coffee/tea making machines and a satellite TV.

The apartment was very nice and clean, with a spacious layout and a huge bathroom. The location was convenient, with a metro station nearby and plenty of shops and cafes in the area. Plus, the bed was comfortable and the shower facilities were good.

The lack of privacy in some of the rooms, as the huge windows and light curtains made it feel like you were on display. the process of providing credit card information for check-in seemed unnecessary and there were issues with attempted double charging.

The kitchenette was perfect for making coffee and basic meals. The location was unbeatable, with everything within walking distance including the river, Nacht market, restaurants, bars, and a local Spar. The staff made check-in/out easy and the heated floor added a nice touch to our stay.

The location of Gratzlhotel Karmelitermarkt was excellent, as it was just a short walk from the historical center. The design of the apartment was also very appealing, with a fully fitted kitchenette and a dining table. The apartment was clean and had thoughtful furnishings and amenities that made our stay enjoyable.

One drawback was that the glass door of the accommodation faced the street, which lacked privacy. However, there was a thick curtain provided to shield us from pedestrians at the same level as the bed.
